LeaseProof — Terms of Use

License

Ignis Algos Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LeaseProof on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Free features and one-time unlock

• Inspections, photos, notes, and move-in/move-out comparisons are free and unlimited.
• PDF report export and the demand-letter generator are available as a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play (currently $4.99). It is not a subscription and never renews or charges again.
• The unlock is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on your devices with the app's restore-purchases option.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policies.

Records and the demand letter

LeaseProof helps you create and organize your own documentation; the accuracy and completeness of your records are up to you, and we cannot guarantee any outcome in a deposit dispute. The demand letter is a general template, not legal advice, and Ignis Algos Inc. is not your lawyer. For a real dispute, consult a local tenant union, legal aid office, or attorney. Landlord-tenant law varies by state and city; deadlines can be short, so act promptly.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignis Algos Inc.'s liability for claims arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
