LeaseProof
Timestamped move-in/move-out photos & reports that protect your deposit
Ten minutes on move-in day
Guided room-by-room inspection — bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, exterior, plus your own custom rooms.
Timestamped evidence
Every photo is timestamped, with condition notes and damage tags attached to each room.
Prove nothing changed
Run the same inspection at move-out and compare side by side, room by room. Export a clean PDF report with photos and timestamps.
If they keep your deposit anyway
A built-in demand-letter template you fill in and export as a PDF — factual, documented, grounded in your own inspection record.
No account, no cloud, no tracking. Your home's photos and lease details stay on your device.
