LeaseProof — Privacy Policy

LeaseProof ("the app") is made by Ignis Algos Inc. ("we", "us"). LeaseProof documents the condition of your home — sensitive stuff — so it is local-first by design: your evidence stays yours.

Your data stays on your device

Everything you record in LeaseProof — property profiles (address, unit, landlord, lease dates, deposit amount), inspection photos, condition notes, and damage tags — is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. There is no account, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no tracking. We receive none of this data. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Exports are your choice

PDF reports and the demand letter are generated on your device. They leave your phone only when you choose to share or send them using Android's share sheet or another app — LeaseProof never uploads them anywhere.

Permissions

• Camera — to photograph rooms during inspections.
• Photos / media access — only if you choose to attach an existing photo to an inspection.

Purchases

The optional one-time unlock (PDF reports + demand letter) is processed by Google Play. Our purchase provider, RevenueCat, receives purchase and receipt information so the app can verify and restore your unlock. RevenueCat does not receive any of your property details, photos, or inspection records — that data never leaves your phone.

Support emails

If you email us for help, we receive your email address and message contents. We use them only to respond, and you may ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.

What we never do

• We never sell personal information (we don't have yours to sell).
• No advertising and no third-party trackers.
• No data is collected from children or anyone else — the app collects nothing.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
